Week 8

This is a 25 minute still life.I chose to draw these objects because of the contrast between the glass and bottle which had high reflectivity and the candle which has a very dull matt finish.

  This is a drawing of some objects from my bathroom and took 40 minutes.The sketch demonstrates the difference in materials ranging from plastic to glass and chrome.

This is a 45 minute still life.I tried to create a variety of textures from wood,plastic,metal and pot to show the difference of how light affects different surfaces.The wooden spoons have no refectivity and a dull surface with no highlights.Although the plastic spoons were not reflective surfaces there were highlights on most of them.
